Hello everyone, yea really been a while in here and thanks to lovely folks who sent direct messages that I have not be in for some posts. This is really honoring!!!
Yes, welcome to the first day of the September, coincidentally the last quarter in the year 2023. May I encourage someone today that in your quest to finish better in this last quarter, you may want to check your Character as a foundation to your leading role in life's pursuit. Understand this truth that a man of character will make him or herself worthy of any leading position he/she is given.
If peradventure, if your character is not what you want it to be, you can change it. Forget about how you have mismanaged your character in the past as now is the best time for you to embrace good character. If you want to sustain a pivotal position at the top, then you should be ready to embrace good character.
It is a new season, as you nurture good character:
* Build good character that makes you bigger on the inside than the outside.
* Embrace Good values by understanding your non negotiables, lines you would refuse to cross and what you stand for.
*Practice Self Leadership in essence lead yourself to doing the right thing even when it feels hard and do not engage in wrong doings when you want to.
*Value People by placing other before your personal interest. This helps you build immunity against selfishness and egoism.
Change begins from you. Have a blessed EMBER Season and Last quarter of the year. Be assured that this is our month of Expected Date of Delivery of Goodnews. Looking forward to rejoicing with you all soonest.
