Emotional stability is important today, more than anything your career or your relationships might throw your way. Breathe, meditate, get in touch with nature and go for a long walk. Anything you do that will help you stabilize your physiology and feel good in your own skin is greatly supported by the Universe.

Give yourself the opportunity to process things that others have been speaking of. Try not to take things personally and instead, see how different words brought fresh insights your way.

What's that thing bordering you?
A lot of us are moving around with lots of burdens, worries and hurt.
Some don't even have someone to share their worries or thoughts with. Depression sets in, and alot of ill thoughts are formed.
In this community we discuss about our worries,share words of encourage to one another and pray for one another. In this community we are brothers and sisters, showing love to one another and putting smiles one each other's faces.
