INTRODUCTION
Infertility in Human in a heart breaking ill-health that can separate couples if they had no understanding when infertility is untreatable. The term "Infertility", is the inability to impregnate or conceive pregnancy by man and woman respectively, which can be caused by many factors. In African continent, the blames of Infertility in marriages among couples is always pushed to the women. Except a very few marriages among others that are exposed to the actual knowledge of Infertility, knowing that cases of Infertility can come from either the man or the woman, or even both. Some cases of Infertility may arise from early developmental (embryonic stage) of life without a notice if there's an inborn errors of metabolism available that prevents fertility in either or both couples.
In this book, the possible causes and control to Infertility in men and women will be discussed to relate knowledge to the uninformed, the possible ways to address and follow cases of Infertility if noticed, diagnosed and confirmed by an individual or couple. It should be noted that certain cases of Infertility might be diagnosed and confirmed in the medical laboratory, and will be instructed to go for medication in order to such an ill-health. However, some cases may arise due to individual perceptions, spiritual effects, and a situation medically referred to "Inborn Errors of Metabolism". All these will be discussed extensively in different chapters of this book.

CHAPTER ONE
POSSIBLE CAUSES OF INFERTILITY IN MEN
The inability to initiate fertilization in a woman is referred to Infertility, and can be caused by variety of factors that will be discussed below.
1. Presence of prolonged untreated Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
2. Effects of perceptions on men.
3. Extreme addiction to s*x
4. Inborn Errors of Metabolism
5. Excessive sugar consumption
6. Excessive ma********on
7. Extreme wearing of tight nylon pants.
8. Presence of prolonged untreated Sexually transmitted diseases
9. Spiritual effects.
PRESENCE OF PROLONGED S*XUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS
The presence of certain untreated Sexually transmitted infections as gonorrhea, syphilis, lymphogranuloma venereum, chancroid, etc. Can result to lots of negative effects that can lead to Infertility (impotency) in men. The presence of the causative bacteria causing this ill-health can cause premature ej*******on and quick ej*******on of s***matozoa in men, which can cause Infertility in such man if not properly treated.
EXCESSIVE SUGAR CONSUMPTION
Men should know that sugar is good for good health maintain but when excessively consumed, there may be lots of negative effects caused by much intake of complex sugar. However, much consumption of sugar by men can lead to premature ej*******on, low s***m count etc., thereby, causing harm to the representative life of the man.
PRESENCE OF PROLONGED UNTREATED S*XUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES (STDs)
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) that has been living in its host (the body) for a long period of time can lead to premature ej*******on of s***m, low s***m count, causing much negative effects to the representative life of the man if not properly treated by a physician.
EFFECTS OF PERCEPTIONS
It should be noted that all life activities are coordinated by the human brain. Therefore, "what a man perceives is what he achieves". The brain coordinates all human activities internally and externally. However, if a man thinks he cannot be able to impregnate his woman, it may be to him as he perceives. This might be the reason that the brain
coordinates the production, maturation, and ej*******on of the s***matozoa, making effectiveness of its activeness.
EXTREME ADDICTION TO S*X
A s*x addict may be fertile but when excessively practiced, might cause lots of harms to the man's Reproductive organ and system because such effects as prostate cancer, severe abdominal pains, quick and premature ej*******on, low s***m count might occur, leading to a case of Infertility if not properly managed and controlled.
EXCESSIVE MA********ON
Ma********on is bad, excess of it can lead to premature and quick ej*******on of s***matozoa, cancer of the prostate etc., which may lead to Infertility.
WEARING OF TIGHT NYLON PANTS
It should be noted the sc***um of the man's ge****ls needs reasonable amount of ventilation. Therefore, excessive wearing of tight nylon pants and trousers by men can prevent air inflow to the scrotal sac of the man's ge****ls, thereby, causing watery s***m, quick and premature ej*******on of s***m. Therefore, causing Infertility in men.
INBORN ERRORS OF METABOLISM
This case is rear but hard to notice if available in men. Inborn Errors of Metabolism arises during embryonic and foetal stages of early life developments.
It can arise from chromosomal disorder or improper cleavages that may arise from early stages of embryonic life of a man. Note that when the case is noticed in men, it might be tough to correct but expensive if to correct if possible by a medically oriented expert because it is genetically initiated to the man by his parents.
SPIRITUAL EFFECTS
It is worthy to note that the spiritual controls the physical sometimes. But God who made the heavens and the earth, seas, and everything there-in, is the Almighty God. He made all, He knows how to handle control and maintain all He has created. Therefore, if a spiritual case is noticed, Men needs to call on God for help and rescue.
Believing in God he has called upon without doubts, his prayers will be answered by the Most High God, in regardless of time. He's the God of all. Conclusively, infertility in men may be caused by some other factors not mentioned in this book. Therefore, some Infertility cases in men can be caused by variety of factors that may be discussed in some other books written by same and other authors of Medical books writers.
CHAPTER TWO
POSSIBLE PREVENTIVE AND CONTROL TO OF INFERTILITY IN MEN
There are variety of ways to preventing and controlling Infertility in men but very few will be discussed in this book. Men should note that infections of several forms causes Infertility in men if Prolonged and not properly treated. Therefore, men should strive to prevent infections such as Sexually transmitted infections and diseases by wearing of latex condoms during Sexual in*******se, keeping and maintaining a s*x partner, conducting Medical diagnosis to know if any or both of them has been infected by dangerous bacteria or viruses. However, all cases of Infertility caused by any factor to men should be directed to a trained physician because self prescription of drugs and
medications are dangerous and such dangers can elevate to the expense of a man's life.
CHAPTER THREE
POSSIBLE CAUSES OF INFERTILITY IN WOMEN
Infertility in women is the inability of being fertilized by healthy motile s***matozoa of a man, which may have resulted from a variety of factors. Such factors affecting the fertility of women negativity, will be discussed below in this chapter.
1. Effects of perceptions on women
2. Inborn Errors of Metabolism
3. Excessive sugar consumption
4. Hormonal factors
5. Blockage of Fallopian tubes
6. Effects of amenorrhoea
7. Presence of blindly ended va**na
8. Effects of contraceptive pills/drugs
9. Effects of obesity
10.Presence of Prolonged Untreated Sexually transmitted infections/diseases
11.Presence of over grown fibroid
12.Menopause
13.Spiritual effects
14.Pelvic inflammatory diseases These factors affecting females’ fertility, listed above will be discussed extensively as below.
PRESENCE OF PROLONGED UNTREATED S*XUALLY TRANSMITTED INFECTIONS/DISEASES
The presence of bacteria and viruses may be harmful to the female ge****ls and Reproductive system entirely, but if these bacteria and viruses are untreated for a long a time, it's always harmful to the host,
increasing in its number through a process scientifically known as "Genetic Recombination Reproduction", making the presence of bacteria and viruses too numerous, which may lead to more dangers to the human females, causing Infertility. An instance is the presence of Prolonged gonorrhea infections being untreated for a long time, can lead to the presence of syphilis, which may affect the female ge****ls and Reproductive system, causing Infertility.
PRESENCE OF OVER GROWN FIBROID
Fibroid is an over grown clusters of cells in females that causes Abnormal protruding of stomach, blocking the womb or***ce and cervical opening, causing pains to the patient, which may lead to Infertility if over grown.
PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE
This is a disease that drops various negative effects that affects the Reproductive life of women if present and untreated, causing Infertility to the woman.
EFFECTS OF PERCEPTIONS
What a woman perceives is what she achieves. Perception is the co-ordination of impulses to- and-fro the brain Centre’s. If a woman is allergic to pregnancy and childbirth, she may not really conceive a pregnancy because of the fear she always perceives for reasons best known by her. Note that; fear may persist, but good conversation, courage, advise, promises can knock out such fear, favoring fertility in such women so long the Reproductive system and life is still normal.
INBORN ERRORS OF METABOLISM
It should be noted that some issues of Infertility can arise from chromosomal disorders which may arise from early embryonic and foetal stages of life developments that was initiated by the parents, causing genetic disorders to the woman. Therefore, causing Infertility to the affected woman. Note that this effect can be medically corrected by an experience Medical personnel’s, but very expressive to control.
EXCESSIVE SUGAR CONSUMPTION
Sugar is good to human body but when consumed excessively by women, the effects might arise in variety of ways that may place impacts on the woman's menstrual cycle, initiating lots of changes to the cycle and also a situation medically known as dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation), and amenorrhoea (absence of menstruation) which may cause
secondary Infertility to the woman. However, women with lager body sizes gets more affected in the case of secondary Infertility when subsequently consuming excess sugar.
HORMONAL FACTORS
Properly balanced hormones may be initiated from the early stages of life till puberty. But certain secondary factors initiate errors to the balanced hormones, making such hormones unbalanced, which may lead to secondary Infertility. However, if the unbalanced of hormones such as "estrogen (estradiol 17 beta) and progesterone", which is very important for female secondary Sexual characteristics arises, it can be corrected medically by a gynecologist, even though they are primary Reproductive hormones of the female that
were made during the early stages of life developments, modernized and effective from the stage of puberty.
Therefore, Improper hormonal functions can cause the females secondary Sexual characteristics to malfunction in an uncoordinated fashion that can lead to Infertility in women.
BLOCKAGE OF FALLOPIAN TUBES
The Fallopian tubes is one of the most important female Reproductive parts. If blocked by fats, stones, or any object caused by any factor can lead to Infertility in women because the o**m of the representative system of every human females is originally hanged and held by the ampulla of the Fallopian tubes. Therefore, any form of blockage of the tube can make the o**m not reach maturation and ripes, thereby, causing Infertility in human females.
EFFECTS OF AMENORRHOEA
Amenorrhoea is the absence of menstruation in human females. The lack of menstrual flow in women can initiate changes to the Reproductive life of the woman be it primary or secondary amenorrhoea. This may cause cessation of females’ ovulation, thereby, causing Infertility.
PRESENCE OF BLINDLY ENDED VA**NA
The va**nal or***ce can be penetrated through from the external while blind internal. The blindness of the internal part of the va**na restricts the motile s***matozoa from reaching the o**m for fertilization. However, if the human female va**na is blindly ended internally, it causes Infertility to the human female no matter how much healthy and fertile the s***m cells may be.
EFFECTS OF CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS/DRUGS
Usage of contraceptive pills/drugs seem good for prevention and family planning but not truly always advisable by experienced Medical personnel’s. Rather, calculating, counting, or calendar methods is best advised to be taken note of so that women can handle preventive and planning measures from the knowledge gotten from the nature of her cycle. However, men involve in relationships with women should as well get to know about her monthly cycle in other to limit drugs/pills
intake by her, thereby, limiting and avoid Infertility in her, especially when the women are still young and Reproductive. However, usage of pills by women sometimes changes their monthly cycle, making it understandable by the woman. Therefore, subsequent usage of contraceptive pills/drugs can raise the risks of Infertility in women.
EFFECTS OF OBESITY
Extreme accumulation of fats in women can block the passage way in which the health motile s***m cells passes through in the female Reproductive system, causing the motile s***m not reaching the matured o**m, thereby, causing Infertility in such women.
SPIRITUAL EFFECTS
Note that the spiritual sometimes controls the physical. Sometimes, some experiences Infertility cases that may not be medically proven, not even because of wrong perceptions co-ordination, but by powers and spirits that may not be seen by the original human eyes. However, if a case of Infertility is not medically proven, neither is it a wrong perception cases. The human affected should call upon the Lord God Almighty who made all things without being double minded, with full faith and
believe, such case will be taken care of either instantly or with respect to time.
MENOPAUSE
This is the total absence of ovulation and menorrhagia in women due to age factor. This case, medically marks the end of the woman's Reproductive life. In recent times, menopause begins from the ages of 38-50 in women. Modernity, nature, and much consumption of refined foods has placed effects in dropping down the age of menopause in women due to the nature and level of their hormonal activities coordinating secondary Sexual characteristics in women. These factors possibly causing Infertility in women are not the only causative factors of Infertility in women. There are lots of other factors causing Infertility in woman that is mentioned in this book which may be found in some other books written by same and other authors of Medical books writers.

CHAPTER FOUR
POSSIBLE PREVENTIVE AND CONTROL MEASURES OF INFERTILITY IN WOMEN
Exercise, Medical diagnosis, positive perceptions of Infertility, advises from trained and qualified Medical personnel’s (gynecologist), treatment of already infected bacteria and viruses helps reduces, resists, and controls the rate of proliferation of Infertility in women. However, certain personal cares must be observed in other to maintain the fertility level of the woman. But self medications are dangerous because the woman may not really the actual case to handle. Therefore, every cases of infections, diseases, and Infertility noticed should be directed to a qualified physician to be taken care of.
