*Keep the pressure down*

I received a call from a 27-year-old patient on Friday, but unfortunately, I was unavailable. We scheduled an appointment for the following week, when he arrived, I was concerned to discover that his blood pressure was reading 179/100, which is unusually high for someone of his age.
During our consultation, I discovered that he had been experiencing high blood pressure since the age of 19 and had visited numerous hospitals without finding the underlying cause. Through a series of questions, I identified potential contributing factors, including poor sleep quality, excessive workload, and a diet high in fat.

I began by conducting a thorough detoxification process to remove harmful toxins from his system, also ran some tests, which revealed high levels of fat in his system. This excess fat was putting pressure on his arteries, contributing to his high blood pressure. We initiated treatment, and by the second week, his blood pressure had decreased to 138/74.
