It is EXTREMELY rare for antibiotics to “short blood”.
However patients with a condition called G6PD deficiency can have severe anemia very rapidly following use of antibiotics like septrin.
But in general, blood tonic with antibiotics is not only unnecessary, it may hinder absorption of some antibiotics.
So please avoid taking them together unless you have discussed with your doctor.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. It helps in tissue repair and to knock out molecules called free radicals which cause tissue damage over a long time.

Who was monitoring the labor of Mary. It was not me!! Obstructed labor or labor complications almost invariably have consequences for the newborn even before they come out.
When babies are born they absolutely need to take that 1st breath and make that transition from the uterus to the world.
10% will need help achieving this while 1% will need extensive resuscitation with breathing support and medication.
But them neva born the complications wey wan disturb baby Jesus 😂😂😂😂😂.

Just take up your cross everyday 😭😭😭😭.
Please form and try to stick to routines around sleep and activity in the day time as much as you can ooooo. But toddlers can be a little…..no not a little……very unpredictable.
The reality is that sleep comes when sufficient energy is expended. So no matter how you dim the lights they may not sleep.
As they get older you can get cooperation for routines until then just do what you can to tire them out in the day so that they sleep at night.
