i almost ended my own life and made my children an orphan because of this constant back and knee pain

it was so worse that i couldn't even do any little thing without help
At a point in time I thought it was a spiritual attack, that my enemies are trying to kill me the way they killed my husband untimely.

Call it destiny, good fortune, or a sign from above. I bumped into an old business partner on this fateful day. I told her everything that was going on with me, I also didn't fail to mention the constant pains I have been dealing with.
