🧠 This week I’m choosing... COGNITIVE CLARITY ✨
That overwhelming feeling when your brain feels like it has 50 tabs open? Same.
When we’re constantly task-switching and making endless micro-decisions, our mental resources get depleted. Result? Foggy thinking and emotional exhaustion.
This week I’m experimenting with 3 gentle practices:

Simplifying one daily decision (goodbye, “what should I wear?” spiral)
Focusing on one thing at a time (revolutionary, I know 😅)
Creating tiny transitions between activities (even just 3 deep breaths)

These aren’t rules, they are experiments. Your cognitive needs are unique, and some days will be easier than others. That’s completely okay.
