We are currently searching for an Executive Manager to lead our team. In this role, the successful applicant would be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Society and the efficacy of the programs to ensure the overall satisfaction of clients and members of the Society.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
1. Managing the SQHN secretariat
a. Coordinate direct and indirect marketing to members/non-members
b. Coordinate regular follow-up of new members
c. Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking of minutes at Exco and Board meetings
d. Facilitate recruitment of new staff/ad hoc staff as instructed
e. Relationship management with members and non members, suppliers and contractors
f. Assist with office cash flow and budget preparation and implementation
g. Actively participate in various committees
h. Track and report SQHN’s activities and performance
i. Review SQHN’s programs, processes and system on an ongoing basis to determine where
improvements can be made
j. Facilitate SQHN’s membership of relevant local and international groups
k. Representing the Organization at local and international meetings and conferences
2. Fostering the Society’s mission through
a. Coordination of training activities and maintenance of a library or database of quality
improvement trainers, surveyors, resources, materials and related content for the use of the
Organization
b. Coordination of advocacy activities
c. Coordination of technical advisory activities
d. Implementation of SQHN’s Accreditation and Practicum programmes
3. Revenue generation activities
a. Managing and fostering annual renewals of current corporate partners and members
b. Sourcing for new corporate partners and grants
c. Development of innovative revenue generation activities/initiatives
4. Ensuring due diligence and compliance with applicable local laws including but not limited to:
a. Management of staff medical benefits, pension contribution and payroll activities

We are currently searching for a competent and experienced Executive Manager to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant would be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Society and the efficacy of the programs to ensure the overall satisfaction of clients and members of the Society.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
· Improve the reliability of the SQHN Accreditation and Practicum programs
· Oversee and maintain the activities of the Society such as trainings, membership management etc.
· Be responsible and have oversight for the fundraising activities
· Actively participate in the various committees of the Society
· Review programs, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
· Supporting and operationalizing the strategic decisions of the organization.
· Representing the Organization at Strategic Meetings and coordination of advocacy activities
· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations such as coordination of tax documentation and filing, management of staff benefits, pension contribution etc.

Educational Qualification
· Applicant must possess a minimum graduate degree in MBBS/Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy or any other graduate degree in Health Sciences.
· MBA, MPH or Masters in Science Degree Equivalent and any other relevant post-graduate qualification in a health-related field will be an advantage.

Professional Qualification
Certifications in Healthcare Quality such as Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality, Fellowship with the International Society for Quality is desirable.

Others
· Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and commonly used data processing applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Sound knowledge of the Concepts of Quality, use, and implementation of healthcare quality standards. Good knowledge of health facility assessments and accreditation.
