The repeated fraudulent deductions of my airtime by MTN gsm telecoms is repeated and saddening.
All my reports to NCC to effect disciplinary action on this erring service provider has born no fruit.

I have 1.08GB of data in my account: yet MYN decided to fraudulent bill my internet surfing to my main account airtime.

I called MTN customer care to complain about the fraud: I am never connected to a personnel, and all the while I am secretly being billed for the call.

I am fraudulently accused of owing borrowed airtime and have my airtime credit being largely deducted after I make recharges.

How can these frauds be ongoing in my home country and perpetrated by a foreign company unhindered?
