Today is World Mental Health Day

The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.

The theme of 2022 World Mental Health Day, set by the World Federation for Mental Health, is 'Make Mental Health and wellbeing for all a Global Priority'.

For over 70 years, they've been working to make sure that mental health is treated on a par with physical health.

Mental health is just as important yet you can't easily find the symptoms on the face making it harder to help those who need help.

Be nice to people... They could be going through a lot.
