1. Chicken Veggie Bowl

SautΓ© chicken cubes with broccoli, carrots, corn, and cherry tomatoes. Season with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds.

2. Shrimp & Glass Noodle Salad

Toss boiled shrimp, glass noodles, cucumber, chili, and boiled eggs with lime, fish sauce, and garlic.

3. Protein Salad Bowl

Combine boiled chicken, soft-boiled eggs, cucumber, peas, corn, and cherry tomatoes over lettuce.

4. Shrimp & Veggie Grain Bowl

Layer shrimp, black rice, boiled eggs, corn, broccoli, and carrots. Drizzle with olive oil and pepper.

5. Shrimp & Scallop Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 cup red grapes πŸ‡

1 cup green grapes πŸ‡

1 cup blueberries 🫐

1 cup ripe mango, diced πŸ₯­

1 apple, chopped 🍎

Instructions

Wash all fruits thoroughly.

Slice apple into small cubes, dice mango, and cut kiwi into rounds.
