The Czech novelist, known worldwide for his work "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," passed away on 11 July, at the age of 94 in Paris (France). Today, we commemorate his remarkable contributions to literature and culture. From "The Joke" to his final novel "The Festival of Insignificance," Kundera delved into the depths of the human condition with unwavering curiosity, challenging our perceptions along the way.
