Doing These Things Regularly Causes Weight Gain

✅Smoothies can make you gain weight. Yes! When your smoothie contains high calorie ingredients like banana, nuts, peanut butter, avocado and granola. You might end up being in a calorie surplus which leads to weight gain.

✅Not drinking water at least 10 minutes before eating can lead to a calorie surplus. Most times when you feel hungry, a cup of water helps reduce your appetite. When you don’t take water before eating, you eat so much till you no longer have space in your tummy. This leads to a calorie surplus which means weight gain.
