Healthy skin isn’t just about the products you apply; it’s about the habits you keep.

To maintain a radiant and irritation-free complexion, remember that hygiene extends to what you wear:

- Wear Fresh: Clean clothes prevent the buildup of bacteria and sweat that can clog pores.

- Dry Properly: Ensure your laundry is completely dry to avoid damp-loving fungi and musty odours.

Stay Smart: High-level hygiene is the foundation of long-term skin health.

At SUNU Health, we care for every layer of your well-being.

SUNU Health Honours Dr. Patrick C. Korie on His Meritorious Retirement

On March 21, 2026, SUNU Health Nigeria Limited hosted a grand retirement ceremony to celebrate the illustrious 22-year career of its outgoing Managing Director and CEO, Dr. Patrick C. Korie. The day’s celebrations began with a solemn thanksgiving service at LUTH, Idi Araba, followed by an elegant reception at the Radisson Blu, Ikeja.

The event brought together a distinguished gathering of industry leaders, NHIA officials, and board members, including Mr. Gabriel Idahosa and Dr. (Mrs.) Chika Enueme, alongside executive leaders such as Mr. Elie OGOUNIGNI, Director of the Anglophone Zone, and Dr. Samuel OGBODU, MD/CEO of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc, to honour a tenure defined by transformative leadership and unwavering dedication to the Nigerian healthcare sector.

Dr. Korie’s journey with the organization began in 2003, eventually ascending to the role of CEO in 2010. A seasoned healthcare strategist with a clinical foundation, he successfully steered the company through pivotal eras of innovation, most notably leading the strategic rebranding from MHS to SUNU Health. His dual expertise in medicine and public health management positioned the company as a market leader, earning prestigious accolades such as the “Most Innovative HMO of the Year” and his personal recognition among the “Top 50 Men of Impact” by The Industry Newspaper in 2025.

The reception featured heartfelt tributes, including a special presentation from the Cute Kids Foundation in appreciation of Dr. Korie’s contribution to the welfare of children. To conclude the honours, the Board of Directors presented him with a commemorative plaque of service and a premium Midea refrigerator as a formal acknowledgment of his monumental impact.

Dr. Korie leaves behind a legacy of operational excellence and a brand that remains a cornerstone of the Nigerian corporate and economic landscape.

‎Your greatest asset isn’t on your balance sheet.

‎People often chase success with such intensity that they neglect the very thing that allows them to enjoy it: health.

‎In the world of business, they insure cars, homes, and equipment.

But are you investing enough in your own "human capital"?

Remember, you can’t lead a team or grow a business from a hospital bed.

‎Protect your health today so you can lead your legacy tomorrow.

‎Wishing you a productive and healthy week ahead!
