November wasn’t the month I planned for but it was the month that humbled me, slowed me down, stretched me, and reminded me that I’m human before anything else.

I showed up as best as I could, even on days when my mind was tired, my body was heavy, and my heart was processing more than I could say out loud but I also know that some of you felt my absence, my silence, my delays and for that, I’m genuinely sorry🥹🙏

Thank you to every single who extended patience, grace, and understanding while I navigated the hardest parts of this month.
