Here's to our taken, all those who lost their battle to cancer, we love and miss you all. Thanks for showing us what courage looks like; it looks like all your brave faces.
Here's to our fighters, battling valiantly through the pain and depression of this heavy burden; the world seemingly oblivious to your bravery and valor.
Here's to the survivors, battered and bruised, strong and beautiful. Your scars tell a thousand losses, your life tells a glorious victory; you are the embodiment of heroism.
Well we are no longer ignorant of this cruel fate you've been dealt. We stand by you all, today and always. This fight is not yours alone to fight. We will support you, care for you and advocate for you. We won't stop until cancer goes back to being just a zodiac sign.
You are our wives, husbands, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunties, grandpas, grandmas, friends, mates, lovers and neighbours.
We support you. We admire you. We honour you. We love you. We stand with you and together we can pull through. against all odds.
