Kindness is an act done out of receiving nothing back in return.

It has been observed that mental health and kindness connect by promoting physiological changes in the brain resulting to happiness and also volunteering to help others reduce loneliness especially in this period of isolation by helping with something they need.

All this makes the world a happier place.

- Take time out for activities you love
- Avoid self-medicating
- Step away from the media when you feel overwhelmed
- Understand why you feel anxious and put it off
