(1) Eat 2 eggs.
(2) Sleep 6-9 hrs.
(3) Eat at least 1 fruit.
(4) Drink 2-3L of water.
(5) Take a walk in nature.
(6) Climb stairs,avoid the lift.
(7) Don't take things personally.
(8) Get 30 mins of sunlight if possible.
