HOW TO MAKE YOUR VA**NA SMELL GOOD
Ever wondered how to make your va**na smell good? I think smelling fresh is important on many counts – an indication of a healthy body, improves self confidence and makes us feel good! Here a list of things you can do to make your va**na smell good, and these tips should not take you much time to implement. Although they may look simple, but together, they pack a punch!
LOAD UP ON THE CITRUS FRUITS AND PINEAPPLES
Citrus fruits like grapefruits, oranges, lemons etc and pineapples have been known to sweeten va**nal discharge and semen alike by many anecdotal sharings. While the standard guideline is to drink 8 glasses of water each day, people do differ from each other, be it in metabolism rates, and activities level. Instead, I would recommend drinking enough water means when your p*e looks pale yellow, or clear.
When we are dehydrated, our urine becomes acidic and makes us taste sour. Drinking enough water helps us to flush out toxins that makes us stink, and have the added benefits of making our complexions looking dewy. GET HERBY
Herbs like rosemary have been known to be a powerful odor eliminator. Incorporate a few sprigs to spritz up your daily water intake, or add it to your bath for some wonderful scents. Other herbs like parsley and mint have also been known to up the refreshing note because the strong oils they contain. Add a few sprigs of mint to your dessert can make a difference to you smelling better down there, especially if frisky nocturnal activities are planned.
CHEW ON IT
Indians have been known to chew on fennel seeds and cardamom seeds to get rid of bad breath post meals. The oils in the fennel and cardamom seeds have antibacterial properties, as well as help neutralize foul smelling odors and aid with digestions. Just pack a few seeds in a small ziplock bag in your purse for some immediate discreet deodorant action.
BECOME VEGETARIAN/VEGAN
Red meat and oily fish has been associated with bad body odors. Ever tasted fermented whale fat? A delicacy in Alaska, but packs a punch for the uninitiated, leaving a foul smell both up and down. For days. E. Adam Kallel, who holds a Ph.D. in Victrix computational and medicinal chemistry consultancy, told the Huffington Post that “You can smell worse within two hours of eating red meat.” Anecdotally, vegetarians and vegans have the best smelling crotches because they eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits that have great health promoting benefits.
AVOID FOODS THAT MAKES YOU SMELL BAD
As a general rule, if it makes your breath smells bad, or result in really foul smelling farts, it is likely going to make you smell down there too. Foods like garlic, asparagus, onions and most dairy products can leave unpleasant smells that persist in your va**na. While garlic and onions have antibacterial properties, it may be just worth holding them off for a few days if you anticipate having to make your va**na smell good.
GO COFFEE FREE
Coffee smells good, coffee breath does not. Coffee also ends up stinking your p*e, which impacts on the smell-ability of your va**na. If you need the caffeine fix, consider drinking green tea instead. Packed with antioxidants, it helps to fight the growth of bacteria. EAT LESS PROCESSED FOODS
Almost all processed foods can be high in sugar, salts, fats and unpronounceable compounds (in any variation). Bacteria that lead to infections love sugar. Having a diet high in sugar and processed foods is almost like giving the green light to infections galore and reducing your body’s ability to regenerate itself. A diet high in sodium increases your risk of dehydration, which is a big no no when it comes to making your va**na smell good. And if you find yourself being unable to pronounce whatever that is in the box, are you sure you really want to put in inside your body? When our bodies do not get a chance to repair itself due to the need to deal with processed foods, it gets laden with toxins and we age far more quickly than normal. We usually end up smelling a little worse for wear when that happens.
STOP SMOKING AND DRINK LESS
I’m not apologetic about this. Smoking is slow styled su***de and unattractive. Smokers in general smell bad due to the burnt to***co smoke in cigarettes/cigars/pipes. Smoke stays in clothes and in hair, and when stale, smells off putting. Some suggest that as the body tries to get rid of the toxins from smoking, one of the ways it does it, is through our urine. If you insist on your brew, stick to wines instead of beers. Beers contain yeast, which can tip the delicate yeast community in our bodies.
Too much yeast can result in yeast infection, which is essentially an overgrowth of yeast in our body. Red Wines, on the other hand, have tannin that is drying, and hence can help with reducing perspiration. However, keep it minimal – a small glass is enough. Alcohol, when metabolized, is flushed out of our system through urine, which will stink.
PRACTICE GOOD PERSONAL HYGIENE
Some people wipe from back to front, and that increases the risk of introducing bacteria from the a**s to the va**na.
To reduce the risk, wipe from front to back instead.
Others may neglect to wipe the nether regions completely dry, or can be a bit heavy handed when they do so. When that happens, the area can be prone to infection due to the humidity, or torn skin from rough wiping.
Tap gently and try to use unscented toilet paper.
Scented products like toilet paper or feminine sprays can irritate the sensitive skins around the v***a, causing inflammation, which usually results in increase in va**na discharge, which can smell off.
Remember to keep nails clean before washing to avoid contamination from gunk under the nails, and preferably short so that you don’t risk scratching the delicate skins around your va**na.
Also take care to remove remnants of toilet paper that might get left behind to avoid leaving guard posts for bacteria to flourish.
MINDFUL OF PLAYFUL Times
While it is prudent to use condoms, and some people enjoy the occasional lubricants, or playing with food like ice cream and chocolate sauces, do be mindful of your skin’s sensitivity to some of the components.
Oil based lubricants usually tend to irritate skin more, and many people are allergic to latex condoms.
While it can be sexy, if you introduce foods like chocolate sauces (high in sugar) into the va**nal canal (albeit accidentally), it may increase your risk of infections due to bacteria overgrowth.

Ventilation is an important trick in making your va**na smell good.
Wear loose clothing so that blood circulation does not get cut off, and the movement of air can help to dissipate off putting smells.

The problem with tight clothing, while it can accentuate your lines, unfortunately increases the humidity between our legs, providing an optimal environment for bacteria to grow and flourish.

Breathe
As humans, we breathe to live. Material breathability is also key to make your va**na smell good. Panties using natural fibers like cotton and linen allow moisture to escape, keeping our nether regions dry and comfortable. Synthetic materials can often be waterproof and trap moisture and heat as a result.
You know the best way to keep it airy?
Try going panty-less sometimes. It can be a really liberating experience.
I usually go commando at night to allow my nether regions a chance to breathe. It’s really like how people suggest letting babies go diaper-less for a few hours a day so that the sensitive skin gets a chance to air and reduce risks of developing diaper rashes.
