*Tip:* Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. It’s a small reset with big benefits.

*2. Contact Lens Safety*
Unless your lenses are specifically approved for overnight wear, sleeping in them can increase your risk of infection by up to 6x.

*Notice a growth on your eyeball? Don’t panic, it’s not a cataract!*

It might be:
- Pinguecula – a small, pinhead-like yellowish bump on the white of your eye.
- Pterygium – a fleshy growth that starts spreading toward the center of your eye.

Common triggers:
- UV rays from chronic exposure to sunlight
