Now it is June and we are half way through 2019. How much of your health goals have you achieved or are you STILL working hard to achieve or maintain?

Do you know your numbers now? We mean your blood pressure number 😉
Is your blood sugar under control now?
Are you good or bad with your cholesterol?
By the way are you STILL hitting the gym like you swore you would in the beginning of the year?
Are you STILL sticking to that diet of yours even though you want some carbs?
Have you done your medical checkup as like you PROMISED you would?

Yes it is June, but it is NOT too late and you STILL have 6 more months to achieve these goals if you have not yet done so
