We mourn the passing of Col Emechete, one of the true pioneers in Occupational Therapy in Nigeria, a visionary leader, a dedicated professional, and a compassionate mentor whose commitment to service, excellence, and humanity helped shape the growth of the profession and inspired all who had the privilege of working with her. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched, the students she nurtured, and the foundations she laid for future generations. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
