LEADER OR SLAVE MASTER?

In 1 Samuel Chapter 3, Samuel hear the call of God and woke from his sleep and ran to the only master he had and knew, Eli, and said to him, here I am for you called me.

He did this for three times and Eli then realized that the Lord was calling the boy and he then guided him on how to respond if the voice called him again. Eli behaved like a true Leader and guided the boy who was serving him in the Tabernacle.

But, wait a minute, how many talented members, workers, assistant ministers in your church have you helped to discover themselves and their gifts and put it to work?

Some leaders (in quote) rather than guide younger ministers and members to discover themselves and their gifts and put those gifts to work, prefer to silence such people and either move them away from the point of recognition to obscurity so that they will be the only voice to be heard and obeyed.

You are interested in having slaves who will wash your car, carry your bag, and see you off at the Airport, YOU ARE A SLAVE MASTER.

You build houses, have fleets of assorted cars but your assistants live in one room and without Bicycle, YOU ARE A SLAVE MASTER.

Your children attend the Best Schools abroad while your assistants children can't even attend the Public Schools. YOU ARE A SLAVE MASTER

Remember that we have a Righteous Leader who will reward us for what we did on this planet earth, REMEMBER, and repent now and be another Eli, a True Leader, to guide younger ministers to discover themselves, become great and have a fruitful ministry and happy family.
