3rd of May 2022 is 1year since I started IF again (seriously this time)

I have always struggled with my weight, 95kg/209lbs was my reality for years but getting as high as 100kg/220lbs was a no for me and that weigh got me working so hard to losing it.
Tried several diets but could only lose a few kilos and always gained it back.
I started a ketogenic diet in 2016 after learning about it and could finally get to 78kg but keto was unsustainable for me being a Nigerian living in Nigeria and having carb heavy meals around me most of the time.
Weight started creeping up again when I lost interest in keto and then I discovered Intermittent fasting, I started my research and bought Delay don't deny and Dr Fung's books and start fasting, weight loss resumed but along the line became distracted, started my Precision Nutrition certification and Covid 19 happen, IF became an on and off venture

Last year, after avoiding the scale for weeks, I stepped on the scale and was shocked that I weighed over 93kg/206.6lbs.
This gingered me to start all over again with IF, I understand the science and know that it works especially since I really didn't want to change the kind of foods I eat compared to what my family eat

I am here to say, yes it works, keep at it. I eat anything I want, mostly clean and healthy.
Body recomposition is real too
My weight has been same for a few months but my clothes are much loser and I am smaller than when I weighed 67kg in university.

Also Non Scale Victories is real, mental clarity is high, no more afternoon drowsiness, skin tags gone, swollen lymph node has regressed in size, lipoma on my left elbow has melted and so much more.
Body fat now 33.3% from 50% a year ago 😱😱.
My goal is to have body fat less than 30%.

Highest Weight 100kg/220lbs
Starting Weight 93kg/206.6lbs
Current Weight 78kg/171.6lbs
Goal Weight 67kg/150lbs or depending on my clothes

PS: I also try to walk 3-4 times weekly, sometimes more and sometimes less.
