DERMATOMES OF THE UPPER LIMB

A Dermatome is the area of the skin supplied by single spinal nerve.
The skin of the upper limb has a regular segmental nerve supply, the fourth cervical segment to the second thoracic segment and is arranged as:
C4 - skin over the shoulder tip
C5 - lateral side of upper arm
C6 - lateral side of fore arm
C7 - skin of the hand
C8 - medial side of the forearm
T1 - medial side of arm
T2 - skin of axilla.

EYE STRAIN
Eye strain is a common condition caused by intense use of your eyes, such as by reading, using digital devices or driving long distances. Other names for eye strain are eye fatigue and asthenopia.

Symptoms of eye strain that affect your eyes include:
Watery eyes.
Dry eyes.
Blurred vision.
Sensitivity to light.
Burning eyes.
Itching eyes.
Difficulty keeping your eyes open.

Symptoms of eye strain that affect other parts of your body include:
Headache.
Neck pain.
Shoulder pain.
Back pain.
Difficulty concentrating

Some possible causes
1) long Reading.
2) Always on computer screen and cell phone use.
3) Playing video games.
4) driving a long distance without glasses

Topic- Stomach & Blood supply

Part of the stomach
1) The cardia: This is the area around the cardiac or***ce
2) The fundus: This is the part above the level of the cardiac or***ce which is the most superior part of the stomach.
3) The body: extends from the fundus to incisura angularis
4) The body: extends from the fundus to incisura angularis.

BLOOD SUPPLY
All the arteries that supply it are from the celiac trunk:
1) The right gastric artery
2) The left gastric arteries supply both surface of the stomach
3) The left and right gastroepiploic arteries e.t.c
