Nutrition Experts around the world agree that making these lifestyle changes vastly reduces our risk of diseases. What is needed are broad-based partnerships beyond the health sector -- governments, stakeholders, the private sector, individual citizens -- to support people in making these changes so that we can prevent chronic diseases rather than treat. Prevention through information and leadership. The Preventing Chronic Disease Information Campaign is the strategy we are deploying. How I Went From Exhausted to Energized

Many many years ago, I woke up tired, dragged through the day, and crashed by evening.

I thought it was stress, but deep down, my body was crying for help.

I used to rely on sugary drinks and snacks for a quick fix.

It worked… for about 20 minutes. Then the crash came, worse than before.

When I finally learned to fuel my body right, everything changed.

👉 stayed hydrated, and
