This is the most shocking thing l've read this
week!

S***m are affected by the health and
psychological conditions you go through!!

If you are experiencing psychological stress.
health problems, trauma, etc. during a period of
your life, your s***m will be negatively affected.
Consequently, your children born during this
period may be exposed to psychological or
genetic health problems.

Once your mental and physical health improves,
and you overcome your trauma, your s***m
becomes healthier. Therefore, if pregnancy
occurs during this period, your child is more
likely to have better mental health and fewer
physical problems! This is because s***m
regenerates every 90 days

Unlike the female, she is born with a fixed
number of eggs, therefore the likelihood of DNA
damage to her eggs is lower.

Are you affected? Yes
Is the s***m affected to the same extent? No

The reason? Because s***m cells are constantly
regenerating, and therefore the percentage of
DNA damage is greater.
