*1. REGISTRATION*
Registration in Jos is planned to be as seamless as ever. There will be several booths for fast and easy registration including a special arrangement for Fellows.
Delegates should have their Tag numbers handy. You can find it by:
i. Checking the list sent to your state Chairman/Secretary
ii. Clicking this link to the conference website to verify your registration status and number:

❗ *Note:* *(A)* If your name is not on the list sent to your state, it means you did not indicate your state during registration but not to worry, the 108 people in this category are being identified as we speak but you can verify by clicking the above link. *(B)* Again, there are already reports of people who put the wrong state during online registration. If you are in this category, DM me immediately directly or through your state Publicity Secretary with your correct state information.
There will also be a booth for onsite registration. Fee is ₦20,000 plus ₦10,000 capitation for those who haven't paid.

*2. ACCOMMODATION*

*3. TRANSPORTATION*
The cancellation of Jos flights by the new airline ValueJet is highly regretted. Colleagues can change plans and fly to Abuja. Arrangements have been made for people arriving Abuja by land or Air to reach Jos by land. Call Chairman of Transportation Subcommittee Pharm. Idris Pada FPSN on 08162545193.
All land teams heading to Jos from all over the country should identify an individual who is whatsapp savvy to link up with Pharm. Pada before take off.
All delegates who will be arriving Abuja airport and who would like to proceed to Jos by road are requested to click the link below, fill out the form and submit on or before *Tuesday 25th October* to indicate so the Transport committee will make adequate arrangements for you.

*4. PROGRAMME OF EVENTS*
From tomorrow, the programme of events during the conference will be sent out to enable colleagues plan their movements accordingly.
Meanwhile, the Conference e-brochure is ready and will be made available online this week before the conference proper.

*6. DELIVERY LOGISTICS*
Noting the distance of Jos from most places, the CPC is compiling a list of all companies that will assist delegates with free delivery of their purchases from the conference to enable them concentrate on conference proceedings and not worry about delivery logistics. About 40 companies have indicated so far. The final list will be sent out this week.
*7, SECURITY*
All security apparatuses are adequately considered and are ready for a hitch free conference. The Committee is assuring all participants that everything humanly possible is being put in place. The State Government is in touch with all security formations and are promising water tight security.
Jos is very safe and absolutely under sound surveillance. Keep calm and come to Jos!
