Hey lovers!
I know I've been MIA for a while now and that's because I took some time off to put things in my life into perspective. And its wasn't an entirely fun ride. Infact it seems like I've been put to the most stretching test in all aspects. The month of May and June most especially was action packed and I've leant so much from it. That I'm grateful for.

So I recently completed my training as an Introspective Hypnotherapist and I'm super excited about this modality as its able to help us tackle most of the issues life throws at us from the very source.

Knowing that we are all spirit beings having a human experience, this technique helps us to connect to our spirit and find the answers that we seek.And because all healing is self healing, you can heal yourself of your emotional, physical and mental dis-eases, and also make sense of your life path and journey.

It's easy to consume ourselves with activities because that's what you and everyone else can see but how about who you are becoming? Do you realize that the person you are on the inside is what informs who you are on the outside? heck, it dictates the kind of things you spend your time doing and ultimately the things you eventually acquire.
so do you think it would be important to monitor who we are becoming? That decision is forever gonna be yours to make.

Ladies and gentlemen,
Just I'm case you have forgotten, I'll like to remind you that love is not designed to hurt. If something about love is hurting currently, check it, something else don enter the equation🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
A lot of us can swear on our lives that love has the ability to hurt us but no, the worry, greed jealousy, pain, resentment and guilt that stems from fear does. Check it!

Self care is suppose to be a set of activities or inactions that you partake in to keep you grounded and feeling more stable in uncertain times. For some people this experience has to be grand like spa time, total peace and quiet or travelling alone, etc But this doesn't have to be so.
