➡️ The one question to ask yourself while waiting
➡️ What to do when it feels like God is silent

When love feels distant... it doesn’t mean it’s over.
It just means it’s time to lean in, not give up.

If you’re in that season where you still love each other, but the connection feels off, this is your gentle reminder:

You can reconnect without it turning into a fight.
You can love deeper—intentionally, prayerfully, and patiently.
You’re not alone, and your marriage is worth the effort.

“A gentle answer turns away wrath…” – Proverbs 15:1

Feeling distant in your marriage? Read this.

Love isn’t always candlelit dinners and soft kisses. Sometimes, love looks like showing up when you feel like shutting down. It’s choosing your spouse again, even when it’s hard.

In a world that promotes quitting, Christian marriage is a radical act of faith.
It’s not built on fleeting feelings. It’s built on daily decisions, prayer, grace, and covenant.

When the flame fades, God can reignite it.
When the connection weakens, He can restore it.
Stop idolizing perfection and start practicing persistence.

You can be married and still feel lonely.
Yes—sleeping in the same bed.
Sharing meals. Raising kids.
Serving in church.
And still… feeling unseen.

No one talks about this enough.

But today, we are.
On the blog, I’m opening up about loneliness in marriage—where it comes from, what it means, and what we can do (with God’s help) to heal and reconnect.

Marriage isn’t just about staying together—it’s about growing together.

If you or someone you know is navigating this quiet struggle, this blog post is for you.

Words can build or break your marriage.
What are you speaking into your spouse’s heart?

We don’t realize how powerful our words are, until we see the fruit they bear.
Are you planting life or pain?

Today, I challenge you to speak 3 life-giving words to your spouse:

Encourage.
Appreciate.
Uplift.

Start here:
“One thing I appreciate about you is ______.”

Don’t just read it, say it. Or text it. Or write a note.

Let your words bring healing and connection.

Would you marry someone exactly like you?

Before praying for “the one”, ask God to help you become the one.

Too often, we chase the perfect partner, forgetting God is more interested in who we're becoming than who we're pursuing.

Here’s a challenge:
Write down the top 5 traits you want in a future spouse.

Now ask yourself…
“Am I living out those traits today?”

Want someone patient? Be patient.
Prayerful? Build your altar.
Loving? Start with yourself.

Become the person you want to marry.
Not by hustle, but by grace.

Scripture Fuel:
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.” – Psalm 37:4

“Put on... kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.” – Colossians 3:12

Let me ask you a simple, but powerful question:Would you date or marry someone exactly like you?

Are you in a toxic relationship? Love shouldn't bring pain. If you feel emotionally drained, fearful or unworthy, reassess. Seek counsel, and set boundaries. God never intended love to hurt.
