I did a lot of ground breaking researches in the 90s on post partum bleeding.
This is a needed intervention to contract the uterine muscle and to directly stop bleeding points in the birth canals. The obstetrics world shall overcome sooner than later in decreasing the maternal mortality and morbidity

Postpartum haemorrhage, defined as excessive bleeding after childbirth, affects millions of women annually and is the world’s leading cause of maternal deaths.
