We report the case of a 33-year-old Igala woman who was referred to our facility from a rural villiage with progressive abdominal distension. An ultrasonic examination revealed a markedly enlarged uterus containing a 20 cm uterine myoma.
The myoma was totally enucleated and removed the myometrial defect was repaired with a continuous suture using the V-loc suture in two layers. The entire myoma was removed using a tissue morcellator. The total weight of the myoma removed was 6000g, and the operation lasted for 120 minutes.
Her postoperative course was unremarkable.

Breathtaking pictures of set of quadriplet babies delivered at Winning Ways Hospital 2yrs ago via an elective cesarean-section(3 boys and 1 girl).

Cervical cerclage was performed at 16 weeks for the prevention of preterm delivery and vaginal progesterone was prescribed at 24 weeks.

Complete fetal anatomy with ultrasound, and 3D virtual and physical models were constructed using the data (Figure 1-4)

Cesarean section was performed at 32 weeks due to uterine contractions and dyspnea, delivering three male babies and a female Apgar scores at 1 and 5 min were 9 or 10 in all neonates.

Two neonates were discharged from the hospital 34 days after delivery and the other two at 36 days after delivery .

We named them Winnie,Winner,Best and Bestie..

On February 24, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published new interim guidance in Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report on a 4-month treatment regimen as an option for US patients with drug-susceptible pulmonary tuberculosis (TB).

The 4-month treatment regimen consists of high-dose daily rifapentine with moxifloxacin, isoniazid, and pyrazinamide. Shorter regimens help patients complete treatment faster.

The 4-month rifapentine-moxifloxacin regimen for drug-susceptible TB disease consists of an intensive phase composed of 8 weeks of daily treatment with rifapentine (RPT), isoniazid (INH), pyrazinamide (PZA), and moxifloxacin (MOX), followed by a continuation phase of 9 weeks of daily treatment with RPT, INH, and MOX.
