As we all know that the cell is the fundamental unit of life and we humans have millions of it distributed allover our body
There are two types of cells
1. Healthy cells :this is the type of cell that have lipid and steroids and is found in children from age 0 to 16yrs
2. Unhealthy cell :this cell lacks lipid and steroids and is found in people from age 16yrs above
What can we do to make our cells healthy?
1. Adequate rest
2. Exercise
3. Proper diet
