some families has been devastated by the effects on them and their children,
the very few psychiatrists are reporting phenomenal increase in youthful patients, especially students of all tiers of education; primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.
No gender is spared. The streets have experienced more mentally deranged youths, communities are trying their best to arrest the drug epidemic, but like all such cases in the past, not much is being achieved.
