Job Description (JD) for a Medicare/Pharmacy Telesales Person at Donom Bonitas Pharmacy:
Job Title: Medicare/Pharmacy Telesales Officer
# Reports to: Pharmacy Manager
# Location: Lagos, Nigeria
# Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Medicare/Pharmacy Telesales Person to join our team at Donom Bonitas Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, fulfilling HMO requests, and servicing all Donom Bonitas Pharmacy HMO partners' enrollees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
# Key Responsibilities:
1. *Telesales and Customer Service*:
- Receive and process incoming calls from HMO partners and their enrollees.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Take orders and fulfill HMO requests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. *HMO Partnerships and Servicing*:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HMO partners and their enrollees.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of HMO requests and orders.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to HMO partners and their enrollees.
3. *Inventory Management*:
- Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor to manage stock levels and ensure adequate supply of medications.
- Monitor and report any stock discrepancies or issues to the Inventory Supervisor.
4. *Reporting and Administration*:
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on sales, customer interactions, and HMO partner servicing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and HMO partner communications.
5. *Claims Submission and Follow-up*:
- Submit claims to HMO partners in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up with HMO partners to ensure prompt payment of claims.
6. *Other Responsibilities*:
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Inventory Supervisor.
# Requirements:
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Pharmtech, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. *Experience*: At least 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
3. *Skills*:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
