Hypertension (High Blood Pressure):
A condition in which blood pressure is above normal.

Symptoms:
Most people with high blood pressure have no symptoms, even if blood pressure readings reach dangerously high levels. You can have high blood pressure for years without any symptoms.

A few people with high blood pressure may have:
Headaches
Shortness of breath
Nosebleeds
However, these symptoms aren't specific. They usually don't occur until high blood pressure has reached a severe or life-threatening stage.

Pneumonia is an infection that inflames the air sacs in one or both lungs, which is usually caused by bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Signs and symptoms of pneumonia may include:
Chest pain when you breathe or cough
Confusion or changes in mental awareness (in adults age 65 and older)
Cough, which may produce phlegm
Fatigue
Fever, sweating and shaking chills
Lower than normal body temperature (in adults older than age 65 and people with weak immune systems)
Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
Shortness of breath

Symptoms include:
Burning stomach pain
Feeling of fullness, bloating or belching
Intolerance to fatty foods
Heartburn
Nausea.

Less often, ulcers may cause SEVERE signs or symptoms such as:
Vomiting or vomiting blood — which may appear red or black
Dark blood in stools, or stools that are black or tarry
Trouble breathing
Feeling faint
Nausea or vomiting
Unexplained weight loss
Appetite changes

Hepatitis:
Inflammation of the liver, infectious hepatitis is a viral disease of the liver producing jaundice, nausea and vomiting.

Symptoms:
If you are living with a chronic form of hepatitis, like hepatitis B and C, you may not show symptoms until the damage affects liver function. By contrast, people with acute hepatitis may present with symptoms shortly after contracting a hepatitis virus.

Common symptoms of infectious hepatitis include:
fatigue
flu-like symptoms

pale stool
abdominal pain
loss of appetite
unexplained weight loss
yellow skin and eyes, which may be signs of jaundice.

Type II Diabetes:

A disease in which sugar is not adequately utilized by the body owing to lack of insulin from the pancreas characterized by weakness due to lack of energy supply.

Symptoms:
Symptoms of type 2 diabetes often develop slowly. In fact, you can be living with type 2 diabetes for years and not know it. When symptoms are present, they may include:
*Increased thirst.
*Frequent urination.
*Increased hunger.
*Unintended weight loss.
*Fatigue.
*Blurred vision.
*Slow-healing sores.
*Frequent infections.
*Numbness or tingling in the hands or feet.
*Areas of darkened skin, usually in the armpits and neck.
