💙 World Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month💙

The month of March marks the World Colorectal Cancer Awareness month. It is a time to shed light on a disease affecting millions of people worldwide.

With early detection being key, screenings are vital. Simple lifestyle changes like a balanced diet, regular exercise, and avoiding to***co can significantly reduce the risk.

Remember, knowledge is power. Stay informed, spread awareness, and encourage loved ones to prioritize screenings. Together, we can tackle colorectal cancer head-on, saving lives and ensuring a healthier future for all✨.

On Tuesday, we had our skill acquisition program.
We were taught how to make beads, samosa, spring rolls and puff puffs.

We also had the opportunity to practice how to make beads and assist in making the small chops and cocktail.

The program was very educative, having our minds and bellies filled😋.
