The leader of the unit is Dr Loto O.M. Dr Loto holds a bachelor of medicine and surgery from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He had his postgraduate medical education at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital complex, Ile-Ife. He is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) and also a fellow of the National medical college in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FMCOG).
