I’VE BEEN EATING HEALTHY BUT NO RESULTS, FIBROIDS ARE STILL THE SAME 😭
My ladies, eating healthy is good, but eating blindly healthy won’t shrink fibroids.
Many women switch to “healthy foods” but still see no changes because:
1. You’re not targeting inflammation: Fibroids thrive in an inflamed environment. If your diet is still filled with processed oils, processed sugar, seasoning cubes and fried foods, they quietly fuel growth.
2. You’re ignoring hormone balance: Fibroids are estrogen-driven. Foods like dairy, red meat, soy, etc can keep estrogen levels high, blocking results.
3. You’re misusing cruciferous vegetables: Adding broccoli, cauliflower, or kale to a plate overloaded with rice, or potato is not enough.
Cruciferous vegetables should be the base of your plate, not just a sprinkle on the side. Carbs should be the smallest portion, with vegetables first, then proteins, and lastly carbs.
5. You’re skipping liver support: Your liver clears excess hormones. Without detox-friendly foods, your body keeps recycling estrogen.
6. You’re not consistent: Healing is a process. Eating “healthy” for one week green challenge and going back to old habits won’t move the needle.
Ps: if the size of your fibroids are quite big, it’s better you go for a surgery and begin eating healthy again to avoid a regrowth, rather than waiting to shrink with just your diet.
