Intentional living is not what I see many people indulge in these days.
Over the last 7 years I built a strong gate that stops certain foods from getting into my system. It was a tough task especially living in a country where eating healthy is quite expensive ( and it has become expensive almost everywhere unless you don't care about GMOs).
Fruits and vegetables cannot be over emphasised.
Cutting stress levels where possible is of great importance.
First things I cut out of my life 7 years ago were sugar and sugary drinks. Only product from both Coca Cola and PepsiCo that I take is their waters.
Alcohol is in such moderation that I take it as medicine because of health benefits of red wine on heart health.
Then Whisky is also in ultra moderation like once in two weeks because it has high levels of polyphenols which have been shown to decrease “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and increase “good” cholesterol (HDL) levels, and reduce triglycerides, or fat in your blood.
Outside moderation, it becomes a killer. First killing your man.
Second is flour. Processed wheat is dangerous in the system, so I stay away from wheat products. I've not eaten bread in six years. It kills your system and makes you less man.
Next is canned foods. Lots of men live on canned foods without knowing the danger they expose themselves to. The lining of the lids used in sealing these foods have high BPA contamination which first and foremost destroys your testesterone, weakens your manhood and makes you more of a woman.
Next is conscious carb consumption in such balanced way with right vegetables to cut sugar spike so its negative effects are well contained while getting the most of energy required from its positives.
Rice is a staple but it is unhealthy, especially white polished rice is chaff.
Then the cooking oil. 70% of the oil people cook with these days are basically poisonous. Very healthy oils like Olive, Coconut, Avocado and sesame oils are quite expensive so bringing down consumption of oily foods or cutting fried foods is the answer.
Lastly, water. Drinking lots of it daily.
The natural order of things is that men mostly die first. The wisdom therein is that any food that negatively affects the health of your p***s will eventually kill you earlier than necessary because the health of the p***s is the natural stethoscope of the overall health of a man.
We have to take personal responsibility while God does what his own.
