Are you trying to Conceive? Yes we must pray always but also be knowledgeable. Here I'll see how you can track your Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation.

Most ladies don't understand this because of much heavy grammar used to teach it, and we don't listen to our body too. Pls read, start listening to your body for signs and follow the simple analysis/steps for ease of getting pregnant........

👉MENSTRUAL PERIOD:The time blood flows out of your private area, when you use pad.

👉MENSTRUAL CYCLE: Days it takes to see another blood in the month. If you last saw your period in October 11th and it started again on October 10th 2023, then you have 30days cycle (count from 11 October to 10 November).

#: It is erroneous to believe its 28days cycle, different women have different cycles ranging from 21-35 days.

👉OVULATION PERIOD: This is time to get pregnant without stress. This is 2 weeks after your period or 2 weeks before the next period.
Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation (unsafe) period.

1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.

2. Pick up a calendar and count 14 days including the first day of the blood stain.

3. Mark the 14th day with a pen.

4. Mark 3 days before the 14th day, and mark 2 days after the 14th day.

6. You will notice you have 6 days marked.
These 6 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have s*x on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.

7. Do this every month diligently

EVERY OTHER DAY IS YOUR SAFE PERIOD.
For example:

1. If your period is 11th Oct, 2023,
2. 14 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 24h of this Oct month (2weeks after) counting from 11th.
3. 14th day is on the 24th Oct 2023.
4. 3days before the 14th day is 21, 22, 23.
5. 2days after 24th Oct 2023 is 25 and 26
6. 21-26th October (6days) is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile window and period.

HOW SOON AFTER YOUR PERIOD CAN YOU GET PREGNANT 🤔🤔

S***m can live inside your uterus for up to five days after having s*x, and pregnancy can only occur if there are s***m in your uterus or fallopian tubes when you ovulate.

For many women, ovulation occurs around day 14 of your cycle. However, having unprotected s*x during your period or outside of your expected fertile window isn’t a guarantee that you won’t get pregnant.

For women with a shorter cycle — the average is 28 to 30 days — there’s still a possibility pregnancy could occur if you have s*x during your period. For example, if you have s*x toward the end of your period and you ovulate early, you can conceive. Using birth control, condoms, or another method of protection is always the safest way to prevent pregnancy.

******How do ovulation and pregnancy work?

Ovulation occurs when a mature egg is released from an o***y. About once a month, an egg matures and is released into the fallopian tube. It then heads toward waiting s***m in the fallopian tubes and uterus.

An egg is viable between 12 and 24 hours after it leaves the o***y. S***m can stay alive up to five days after having s*x. Implantation of an egg, which happens after fertilization, usually takes place 6 to12 days after ovulation.

You can get pregnant immediately after your period. That can happen if you have s*x toward the end of your cycle and are approaching your fertile window. On the other hand, the probability of getting pregnant right before your period is low.

If you’re tracking ovulation and wait 36 to 48 hours after ovulating, the chance you’ll conceive is low. The probability for pregnancy decreases the further in the month you are from ovulation.

If pregnancy doesn’t occur, the uterine lining will shed and your menstrual period will start.
