HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LIVER.

Your liver is a vital organ, responsible for numerous crucial functions in the body, from metabolizing nutrients and medications to detoxifying harmful substances. Nurturing your liver health is paramount for overall well-being. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to care for this resilient organ:
1. Balanced Diet: Opt for a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Avoid excessive consumption of processed foods, saturated fats, and sugary treats, which burden the liver. Avoid processed food such as noodles, shawarma, pizza, ice cream, burger etc. it shouldn't be a regular food.
2. Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Proper hydration supports liver function by aiding in the flushing out of toxins and promoting optimal metabolic processes. Always drunk water. Drink about 7-8 glasses of water daily. Some people says they don't like taking water. My dear, you must learn to like water.
3. Limit Alcohol Intake: Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to liver damage and various liver diseases. Practice moderation or abstain from alcohol altogether to safeguard your liver health. As you keep on taking alcohol you are endangering your Liver and your liver plays an important role in your body by detoxing your system. The best option is to quit alcohol intake.
4. Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity to maintain a healthy weight and promote proper circulation. Exercise aids in reducing fatty deposits in the liver and enhances overall metabolic function. It isn't a must that you will go out to exercise, you can do indoor exercise. Even, when you are tired, just walk around your street for 30 minutes. 30 minutes walk is okay, it helps in blood circulation.
