One day, I felt pressed to s**t(defecate). I rushed to the toilet, sat on the toilet wc, but I had to apply more strength and contract my muscles so I could s**t o.

After several minutes of sweating and forcing myself to s**t(you g*t what I'm saying), I finally passed out a small s**t(feaces).

I was angry. Just look at the small thing that came out after minutes of hard work. I became exhausted.

I vex clean my yash, pull my boxer up and comot.
This had happened for 2days already, and I haven't done anything to solve it.

I knew the problem, and the solution to it, but I intentionally was reluctant, until the next day I didn't feel pressed to s**t.

This one don pass joromi

In the best of my knowledge, I know you may have faced same issue, or you know someone who's currently having difficulty passing feaces.

That moment you go to toilet, but end up not passing anything, or small s**t will just drop off.
That moment you rush to the toilet, but ended up passing only air(gas).
That moment you stay for days without feeling pressed 's**t-wise.'

The name of the issue is called CONSTIPATION.
it is not a disease. Don't fear.
Though it could be a symptom of an underlying disease.

If you have this issue, kindly walk straight to a nearby fruit market, buy fruits and vegetables. Come back home, eat a lot of it and drink plenty of water. Finish.

Go back to your normal daily activities. Your yash will thank you later on.

The fruits and vegetables contain FIBRE which enhances bowel movement.

Eat fruits and vegetables, they improve your overall health.

If you've noticed, anytime you eat vegetable soup in the night, you will s**t very well in the morning. It's the hand work of fibre in the vegetables you ate.

The world is on still because of the celebration of a man and a God.

This man changed the world thousands of years ago. He gave salvation to many as are willing to receive.

You have to show love to someone.
If you have much, give out to someone. If you do not have, smile and be happy, next year will surely be better than this year.

As you're spending, today, do not forget that January is at the corner. Don't spend all you have just because you want to show off and wipe shyness from your eyes.

Don't spend to the point you will have to borrow in January.

Spend only your profit, and not your capital.

If you don't eat chicken today, you can always eat it some other time. It has the same taste. The taste doesn't change after Christmas.

Have fun, but be a smart spender.

Merry Christmas, dear friend.
Know that I value you more than anyone else.

This is from me to you!

5 PRACTICAL WAYS TO LIVE HEALTHY

Have you ever wondered why some people live more healthy than others?? Could that be destiny??lol!!! or could that be because of their body make up?? We all desire to live a healthy life but we always ask "How?" is it attainable? But I tell you Yes it is... The problem we have is ignorance(we don't know how to achieve it). You don't need to be wealthy before you will be healthy, all you need is knowledge and that is what nuelhealth offers to you. To live healthy has always been the desire of many people; but how to achieve and live it has been a long time problem. Some people believe that as long as they have enough money to eat 3 square meals a day, they are healthy. I want to ask, are you among those who believe that?? Some ignorant ones think that getting “fat” means you eat adequate diet and therefore healthy. Living a healthy lifestyle is 100% possible and attainable, but it requires maintenance to keep your health at optimal level. There are so many ways to keep the body healthy and strong, but this article talks about the
5 practical ways to live a healthy lifestyle.

1. Adequate Diet : When talking about health, adequate diet must come in first as this is essential in the life of all human. You cannot live healthy without adequate diet. what comes into your mind whenever you hear the word “adequate diet”? funny as it may sound – the ignorant ones will always tell you, any food that can fill up your stomach and quench hunger is adequate. You don’t need to laugh at them because that is the level of knowledge they have; besides we all once said that when we had no knowledge of good nutrition. Adequate diet isn’t food that quenches hunger and fills the stomach up, but the diet that contains all the essential nutrients needed by the body of the individual in right proportions. When talking about adequate diet, it must contain all the six classes of food including fiber as taught to us by our primary and secondary school teachers. Adequate diet must contain carbohydrate in higher quantity as the main source of energy, take sparingly or better still avoid foods that supply you with mostly simple sugars e.g sweets, soft drinks, sugary drinks etc as these foods may lead to accumulation of excessive energy causing obesity. Those foods are tagged “empty calorie foods” which means they supply the body with only calories. Protein is another class of food that should be in adequate diet.

This antibiotic drug tetracycline should not be taken with this minerals-calcium and/or iron or with any food that contains this minerals. Reason is because once tetracycline is taken with either of this minerals, the mineral will bind to tetracycline and both of them will be excreted(which means it won't do its work in you). Now, to circumvent/prevent this problem, it is advised to take tetracycline on an empty stomach at least one hour before or two hours after meals or after using milk, milk products, calcium-containin antacids, and mineral supplements.

Questions researchers are asking concerning Nutrition & Longevity.
1.To what extent is aging inevitable and can it be slowed through changes in lifestyle and environment?
2. What roles does nutrition play in the aging process and what role can it play in slowing aging?

With respect to the first question, it seems that aging is an inevitable, natural process, programmed into the genes at conception. People can, however slow the process within the natural limits set by genetics... They need to adopt healthy lifestyle habits such as eating nutritious food and engaging in physical activity.

Coming to the second question, good nutrition helps to maintain a healthy body and can therefore ease the aging process in many significant ways... Clearly, nutrition can improve the quality of life in the later years.

WHY YOU SHOULDN'T GET TOO FAT

Lol!! I remember when I was still a kid, my friends and classmates would always tell me, “please try and get fat you are too thin” they would laugh at me because I was not as fat as they wanted. I would go home and regret being thin.

Then, we believed that fat people were the most healthiest, but when I grew up both in knowledge and in age, I realised the effect of being “too fat”.

In this part of the world esp. Nigeria, most people believe that being fat is the ultimate as long as optimum health is concerned, but I tell you, it isn`t.

Pardon me, before you get it all wrong,am not saying you should get thin and become underweight or that being fat is bad; am only saying you shouldn`t get too fat.

Another word for being too fat is “obesity” and that`s the right word to use when saying someone is too fat. But people prefer being said they are too fat to “they are obese”, reason being that they see it as one disease as deadly as HIV/AIDS.

I remember when I was still in school, we were asked to carry out a field work study in my school, taking anthropometric measurements of students to get their body mass index(BMI).
During this study, I found out some were obese, and when I told them; OMG!! You need to see their countenance and responses; some would say “Godforbid”, “it`s not true”, “me? No I reject it”.

Some people see it as a killer disease while some ignorant ones see it as a sign of healthy living. I see obesity as a facilitator to many diseases; yes you can say it is harmful because it acts as a lifestyle risk factor for many diseases including cardiovascular disease.

We need to look at what obesity means before talking about its effect in the body. Obesity simply means having excessive body fat which can occur as a result of genetic, behavioural, and lack of physical activity and which directly or indirectly causes some health complications to the affected individual.

Obesity occurs when energy input is higher than energy output. Using BMI classification, obesity is when the body mass index(BMI) is >30.

Obesity can cause so many health complications in an individual; therefore, if you are obese you need to lose them as soon as possible in order to maintain a healthy lfestyle.
You shouldn`t get too fat because of these:
 Diabetes esp. type 2
 Hypertension
 Stroke
 Cancer
 Flat feet
 Varicose veins
 Complications in pregnancy and surgery
 Sleep apnea
 Gallbladder disease e.g gallstones
 Respiratory complications
 Osteoarthritis
 Abdominal hernias
 Abnormal high blood lipids
Obesity is regared as a chronic disease because of it`s role in facilitating these diseases. In addition to the above listed diseases, obesity will make you look older than your chronological age mates, it will make you go out of good body shape, you may find it difficult putting on some clothes, you may get tired too quickly with little exercise, walking down the street may be a big problem to you, it may cause skin infection to you as some micro-organisms may hide in your body folds caused by obesity, it may precipitate body odor, excessive sweating and lack of physical fitness etc.

THE BEST TIME TO CUT YOUR VEGETABLES

People has different times of cutting their vegetable during cooking. Some cut it at the right time while others doesn't, may be due to ignorance.

I know you may be wondering whether vegetables has best time for cutting, but I tell you "YES" it has.

Some cut vegetables and keep waiting for the food to be near-ready before they will put it.

Some cut vegetables before washing it for cooking;some other people put vegetables into cooking food immediately after cutting.

I know by now you must be thinking about the best time for cutting vegetables... Don't worry you will find the best time soon in this article.

Sorry, before you get confused, there are types of vegetables existing, but the very one I'm talking about is "fresh dark green leafy vegetables" example pumpkin, waterleaf etc.

Fresh dark green leafy vegetables contain mostly micronutrients such as vitamin C, A, K and foliate. It contains huge amount of dietary fiber; also minerals such as calcium, potassium and iron.

Some people prior to food preparation will like to get everything ready like pounding the pepper first and keeping... opening almost all the ingredients that will be used in cooking for easy adding into the food. They also cut the vegetable and keep, exposing it to air, light(sun) and microorganisms.

Now, cutting vegetables prior to food preparation is very bad as it induces loss of nutrients especially vitamin C, A & K when exposed to air, light and even heat. Some minerals such as calcium and potassium may be loss also through leakage.

Apart from nutrient loss, there are some other effects cutting vegetables prior to food preparation may cause - they are; Texture loss Off-flavour Dehydration
And also most times colour changing (that is discoloration). This discoloration often occur as a result of post-harvest respiration.

I always question people who cut vegetables before washing; I'm always forced to ask them question like, why do you cut vegetables before washing??

OMG!! You need to see funny answers like; it makes me wash away the dirt in the vegetable very well. Some will say... That is how I was taught etc. Lol! This sounds funny, right??

Now, you need to know that cutting vegetables before washing it destroys almost all the nutrients contained in it especially vitamin C as it is highly unstable in solution such as water.

Lol! You must be asking, which one is the best since cutting and keeping is not good, also cutting and washing isn't advised either.

As approved by Dietitian-Nutritionists, the best time for cutting vegetables is when the food is near-ready(almost done) and should be put into the cooking food immediately after cutting.

You may put the vegetable immediately after bringing the food down from the fire; but make sure you add it to the food immediately after cutting as this will help retain the nutrients, colour and also flavour of the vegetable.

If you're adding the vegetable while the food is still boiling, make sure the food doesn't stay on fire more than 1-2minutes as to ensure the natural endowment of the vegetable is retained.
NOTE: Wash your vegetables before cutting.
