To return crystallized honey to liquid:
1. Place the jar in warm water (not boiling) and stir gently until the crystals dissolve.
2. Avoid using a microwave, as it can overheat and damage the natural enzymes in the honey.
3. Store in a warm, dry place to slow down future crystallization.

Crystallized honey is still perfectly edible and can even be used as a spread, for tea, or in baking.
I prefer to use it like that so that it retains the quality and I will get all the medicinal benefits the honey has to offer.

Before you throw that jar away, please read the label. 🙏🏾

I understand, many of you are just starting to experience real raw honey.
What you used to buy might’ve looked smoother, clearer, more “perfect”. It might even have particles it it, but it wasn’t raw.
Raw honey crystallizes when it’s cold, and sometimes it ferments when it’s hot.
That doesn’t mean it’s gone bad, it means it’s alive and natural.

Please, before you toss it, read the label or ask me.

Every drop of honey means something to me. I get stung by wild bees to bring it to you. I face heat, long hours, and risks most people wouldn’t even imagine, just so you can have honey the way nature made it.

The price will never match the pain and hard work, but I keep going because I believe in giving you the real thing.

No matter the complaints I have to face, no matter the cost, I’ll keep providing raw honey.
All I ask is that you value it.

On World Bee 🐝 Day, I had the joy of visiting three schools to educate children about the vital role bees play in our ecosystem.
Grateful for the opportunity to inspire young minds and plant the seeds of environmental awareness!”
I used to get invites from mainly Private schools, but the Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture fixed that this year. I was connected to the Educational District through the Ministry of Education, and they made this happen.
I was so happy because the kids enjoyed the lecture so much that they didn’t want it to end and many of them want to become beekeepers in the future.

As a bio-dynamic beekeeper, I don’t just harvest honey. I protect wild bee colonies, work in harmony with the seasons, and stand as a guardian for nature’s most tireless workers.
