MASKS AND THE USAGE.
MASK is supposed to be used a short period of time.
When you wear nosemask especially non ventilated mask( made of tough clothes).

(1). Oxygen in the blood reduces.

(2). Oxygen flow to the lungs ( where COVID 19 normal invades) reduces as well.

(3) oxygen flow to the brain reduces .

(4).You Start feeling weak.

(5). May lead to death.

GOOD ADVICE.
(a). Pull it off when you are alone.

(b). Do not use it at home.

(c). Use it only in a crowded places and when in close contact with one or more person.

(d). Reduce the use of it by isolating yourself most times.

(e). Keep the MASK CLEAN at all times.

(f). Don't touch not remove and place on the surface the area facing the mouth/ nose.

FINALLY, Use one daily only or wash if re usable. Stay safe. COVID 19 is everywhere.

LIVER AND HEPATITIS.
the word HEPATITIS is from root word "heper" latin- liver and " itis" referring to inflammatory event.HEPATITIS simply means the inflammation of the liver in response to TOXINS and/ or infective organisms .Our body has only ONE LIVER unlike Kidney that has two sides LEFT and RIGHT.This means that one has to be careful in managing LIVER in other to live a longer life.LIVER helps in metabolism/ digestion and moves wast products and worn-out cells from the body .LIVER is the Largest solid organ in the body that weights ( 1.6kg/ .3 and 1/2 pounds).
(1) produces Bile and removes it from the body.
(2).Helps in excretion of bilirubin, cholesterol, hormones and drugs .
(3) metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
(4)Enzyme activation, storage of glycogen, vitamins, minerals and regulations of glucose levels.
(5) synthesis of plasma proteins, detoxification and purification of blood.
As you can see LIVER does almost all works in our body.
THE VIRAL HEPATITIS OF THE LIVER like HEPATITIS A, B,C Can only make one very ill/ sick, not only being sick it can prevent/ impair the ability of the liver to process medicines,as liver damage can be caused by drugs and alcohol. This draws our mind to DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. do u consume more alcohol and take drugs Everytime? It could be a time bomb to your liver. Please stay safe.
