Repeated sudden death in a family may NOT be due to witchcraft or generational curses!

There are some medical diseases that are very dramatic, killing some or every member of a family at a particular age!

Just like in Nollywood movies!

(God forbid!)

But, it may NOT be witchcraft or curses!

Some diseases run in families.

Most dramatic is when a family member just sitting, walking, or playing football, falls over and dies without any previous serious illness or injury.

Or a young man dies in his sleep.

And another dies too.

And another.

And others.

It is usually a heart disease until proven otherwise.

If there’s a history of anyone dying SUDDENLY in your family (especially a young person), see a doctor

(Especially a heart doctor or cardiologist)

You can say “God forbid”, you can go for prayers…

But, ALSO don’t forget to take the whole family for a thorough medical check-up!

The less salt you eat, the better. Remember that canned foods (like tin tomatoes), seasonings (like Maggi), snacks (like chips & pizza) contain hidden salt!

Breaking, grinding or dissolving a tablet, or opening up a capsule before taking it is BAD. It can affect the effectiveness. It can be dangerous. Stop it. Take the drug like that.

A FRESH egg will sink in water.

So, how do you differentiate OLD eggs from BAD eggs?

If it floats, crack it open...

If it smells normal, it is simply an "old" egg.

Eat it. ✅

If it smells bad, it is a "bad" egg.

Don't eat it. ❌

WAIT… WHAT CAUSES “ULCER”?

Primarily, it’s caused by a bacteria called H. Pylori.

This organism can be transmitted by food, water, and even kissing!

“Ulcer” is an open wound inside the stomach or intestines.

So, it causes this burning/stabbing pain in the middle of the chest, or upper abdomen.

The pain can disturb at night ehn!

(And, sometimes, can improve when you eat something)

Several factors work together to make the cause unclear.

Certain pain medicines can also cause or worsen it.

Alcohol, coffee, peppery/spicy foods, fasting, smoking can WORSEN it.

Stress (mental/emotional/physical) can worsen it.

Is it curable?

Yes. There are drugs.

Don’t just go to a medicine store or lab.

See a doctor PHYSICALLY (because it may be another disease)

Is it dangerous?

Yes. It can cause internal bleeding. It can kill.
