Hiring QHSE Manager
Job Summary: The QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the highest standards of QHSE practices within the organization. This role involves leading QHSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of [10] years of experience in a QHSE management role, preferably within the maritime or offshore industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with maritime and offshore operations.
Working Conditions:
The position may require occasional travel to various operational sites.
Availability to respond to QHSE emergencies and incidents outside regular working hours.
