                                            Cardiovascular  diseases. 
Cardiovascular diseases are structural problems and blood clots. Some types of Cardiovascular diseases are coronary heart disease, stroke, peripheral arterial disease, cebrovascular disease, rheumatic disease, etc. Cardiovascular disease are the leading cause of death globally, taking an estimation of 17.9 million lives each year. The effects may show up in individuals as raised blood pressure, raised blood glucose, raised blood lipids, overweight and obesity. A heart attack or stroke may be the first sign of underlying diseases. Symptoms of heart attack includes :pains or  discomfort in the centre of the chest, pain or discomfort in the arms, in addition the person may experience difficulty in breathing              or shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting, light headness or faintness, a cold sweat or a turning pale.
