Trauma does not always look like the past.
Sometimes it shows up as fear when nothing is wrong.
As anger you cannot explain.
As feeling tired of fighting your own mind.
Healing is not instant and it is not neat.
Every day you choose not to give up, something shifts, even if you cannot see it yet.
Be patient with yourself.
Your scars mean you survived.
They are part of your story, not the end of it.

As we reflect on five years of dedicated service in rehabilitation, psychological medicine, elderly care and lifestyle medicine, we are grateful for the lives we have supported and the communities we continue to serve.
