❌ NEVER MIX DICLOFENAC AND IBUPROFEN
This is why ,Read below
Mixing Ibuprofen and Diclofenac is strongly discouraged for ulcer patients because both medications are non steroidal anti -inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and their combined use significantly increases their risk of severe gastrointestinal (GI) complications, including bleeding ulceration and potentially fatal stomach intestinal perforation

POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES

combining these medications can lead to serious adverse events, which may occur without any warning symptoms

1.severe abdominal pain inflammation and formation of new ulcer

2.Internal bleeding (indicated by red or black,carry stools or vomiting blood that looks like coffee grounds)

3). Gastrointestinal perforation,a life threatening medical emergency where a hole forms in the stomach intense

4). Kidney or liver problems.

My advice to you is whenever you want to buy drugs for painkillers and you know you an ulcer patient,

Tell the pharm/chemist attendant before you purchased it
there are medications you can't take

LET'S TALK ABOUT TYPHUS
what's typhus?

Typhus is an illness similar to but different from typhoid..The infection transmitted by bites of :

lice

ticks

rat fleas

SIGNS
Typhus begins like a bad cold.After a week or more fever begins with headache, and pain in the muscles and chest.

After a few days of fever a typical rash appears, first on the main body,then the arms and legs,but not the face .The rash looks like bruise .

The fever lasts 2 weeks or more .Typhus is usually mild in children and severe in old people.An epidemic form of typhus is especially dangerous .

In typhus spread by ticks ,there is often a large painful sore at the bite, and the lymph nodes nearby are swollen and painful.
TREATMENT OF TYPHUS

If you think someone may have typhus,get medical advice.special tests are often needed.

HOW TO PREVENT TYPHUS

1. Keep clean,Dey louse the whole family regularly

2. Remove ticks from your dogs and do not allow dogs in your house.

3. Kill rats and put insecticide ( insect poison) in their holes or nests.

What's GOITER?
GOITER( A SWELLING OR MASS ON THE THROAT)

A goiter is a swelling or large mass on the throat that results from abnormal growth of a gland called the thyroid.

Most goiters are caused by a lack of iodine in the diet,Also ,a lack of iodine ya pregnant woman's diet sometimes causes babies to die or to be mentally slow y/or deaf ,This can happen even though the mother does not have a goiter.

HOW TO PREVENT OR CURE A GOITER

Everyone living in a areas when people get goiters should use iodized salt.Use of iodized salt prevents the common kind of goiter and will help many goiters go away .(Old ,hard goiter can only be removed by surge,but this is not usually necessary.)

HOW TO KEEP FROM GETTING A GOITER

1. Never use regular salt

2.Iodine salt costs only a little more than other salt and is much better.

3. Always use iodized salt

NOTE: If a person with a goiter tremble a lot,is very nervous, and has eyes that bulge out,this may be a different kind of goiter ( toxic goiter). Seek medical advice.

NEVER DO THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR PHARMACY🚫

1. ❌ Don’t give antibiotics for malaria.
👉 Malaria = parasites, antibiotics = bacteria. Wrong combo!

2. ❌ Don’t sell NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Diclofenac) to ulcer patients.
👉 You’re worsening the ulcer, not treating it.

3. ❌ Don’t dispense Tetracycline / Doxycycline to pregnant women or kids
